Our time at the Ramafa in Sterling was wonderful! Julie, who checked us in was great! She was very kind, thoughtful and willing to answer our questions. If we are back in the Sterling area again and we stop to stay at the Ramada, we sure hope Julie is there!!
After traveling from out of state and hitting a deer in the middle of the night I found myself in a stranded situation with my daughter. Every staff member I interacted with at this hotel was kind and compassionate, our room was clean and comfortable. From answering all of my questions, helping me look up things and even going so far as to providing us a ride to the train station 40 mi away.. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much to the staff at the Ramada for helping us so much in such an unexpected event.
Our room was very quiet clean and large! Great staff. ..and an extra was an attached Country Kitchen, ready to serve us weary travelers with good food and a wine or two. Wish we would have brought swim suits. ..great pool too! A very pleasant surprise, and at a reasonable cost.
Hotel staff was extremely friendly. My room was clean, a little out dated. Wasn't able to try the hot tub, but it looked tantalizing! I'd recommend trying to snag an inside room, it was very warm during a very cold Sterling evening.
Booked online, paid $70. Stayed here just for the night during a road trip. Got what is expected for the price. Room was clean and enough toiletries. AC and TV worked fine. The bathroom shower/tub needs to be throughly cleaned. The overall look is tired, outdated. A bit dissapointed that a motel chain like Ramada can let things go down. . The carpet in the restaurant needs to be changed. Positive: staff at reception and restaurant were corteous and friendly.
Even though it was a little bit run down. I still felt safe and comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was easy for my sister to use her walker.
Great place to Stay! The staff is super talented in there respected role. Both checking in & out was perfect, completely stress free... The rooms are somewhat out dated but that's part of the charm of the building. I also wanted to add that my room was super clean! I would defentely stay here again. Great job Ya'll
